We’re building an integrated cloud-based finance solution with new functionality for Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs);

How Does this impact on eProcurement Providers?

By eProcurement we mean the provision of a shopping integration based on eGov 3.09 / BASDA 3.09 standards.  This enables school staff to shop on portals offering goods for schools and for:

• Baskets or Content Orders to be returned to FMS6 / FNG.
• FNG or FMS 6 to post orders to the supplier
• [Optionally: Invoices to be provided to the school electronically]
• [Optionally: Credit Notes to be provided to the school electronically] 

What's Changed for the eProc provider?

• Nothing significant.  The specification was that eProcurement was backwardly compatible.

What may break for eProc providers?

• We need to ensure that IP addresses for shopping sites have their IPs whitelisted.  any change to IP address would require a change on our systems.
• Supplier systems may need to whitelist our new system IP addresses.
