RAP API - Student Bug Fix

In testing we discovered that RAP API Student call, like the one below:

https://rap.sims.co.uk/api/v1/Organisation/{{Organisation_ID}}/students?limit=2000

returned an incorrect registration group when a student had multiple records in SIMS ID. This has been corrected to return the active registration group.
